Account privacy notice
The customer portal is deliberately limited to basic account and contact information.
Information collected
When you register, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, consent time, registration time, email-verification status and recent sign-in time.
How it is used
We use this information to create and secure your customer account, deliver one-time sign-in links and allow authorised practice administration to view the customer register.
What is not stored here
This portal does not store prescriptions, Medicare details, symptoms, examination results, clinical records or payment-card information.
